Founder Josh Duerr has served in senior operations and executive leadership roles across multi-site organizations, churches, and growing institutions, leading teams, systems, and financial operations at scale. His work has included:

• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Designing and implementing organization-wide systems, workflows, and KPI dashboards

• Launching manager development frameworks and performance systems

• Guiding facilities expansion and capital planning

• Serving on boards and executive teams providing strategic and financial leadership
